One part of a Memoir
The fourth volume of Ms. Angelou’s seven part series of autobiographical writings…  oft categorised as autobiographical fiction.  This volume explores her “transition” to becoming a writer and civil rights activist (Angelou ultimately became the northern co-ordinator for Martin Luther King’s movement). This volume also explores her difficult relationship with her then teenaged son.
